CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To best serve all our guests, Mireva Wellness kindly requests an 24-hour cancellation notice for all appointments. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show up for your scheduled appointment, a 30% late cancellation/no-show fee will be charged. This policy applies to all non-ClassPass guests. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us maintain timely, personalized care for every client.
